For three generations Treat Yourself Wellness Centre have kept their doors open to the public. The late Hilda Van Wyk and her daughter Cathy Richard had a dream of helping others who struggle with there health naturally through education. With humble beginnings in Petrolia, out of Hilda's house, the family business has grown. Treat Yourself Wellness Centre moved to Sarnia in February of 2006 and Cathy's oldest daughter Alisha is continuing the tradition with expanding the family business. The family motto is : "Knowledge is power and power is control. We want to put our customers back in control of their health with all the information we can give them."

   At Treat Yourself Wellness Centre you can find a vast selection of products to compliment a healthy lifestyle. We offer magnetic therapy products, vitamins, herbs, homeopathic remedies, minerals even organic whole food supplements. We have dry foods, all natural hygiene products, air purifiers plus all natural cleaning products to use in your home. In addition we have available a variety of services too! We offer Ion Foot Cleanse, Ear Candling, Indigo Biofeedback, Reflexology, Aqua Massage, Omega Message, Yoga Classes, Inversion Table, and a VibroGym.    Located at 425 Exmouth St. ( at Colbourne) in Sarnia, Treat Yourself Wellness Centre is open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:00pm. A seniors discount (55 and up) of 10% off is offered everyday on all regular priced items (excludes services).
