Service Inquiry and Referrals

We understand the importance of accessing mental health supports in a timely manner and we are working hard to keep wait times down. If you would like to make a service inquiry or referral, please email us at info@pmhc.ca to request a referral form. If we are able to take on new referrals at the time of your request, we will provide you with a referral form to complete and submit.
